Welcome to the community! Here we learn how to cultivate joy through self-care, houseplants and travel.

As a mental health advocate, I’m creating a space for mindfulness with houseplant care, right here in the Caribbean.

With tropical garden tours on social media, funny plant inspiration and documenting the natural beauty of my island, Barbados, I have encouraged over 7,500 people to grow houseplants and to get back to nature.

I’m honored to have educated thousands on plant care in this region, drawing huge crowds to workshops, sales and events.

Currently we offer aroids and rare plants for sale as well as cattleya and vanda orchids! See you at the next market!
